Our Leadership


Erika M. Laos, President and CEO

Ms. Laos possesses over 20 years of professional experience in the public, private, and non-profit sectors.  Her experience includes human capital management, organizational and leadership development, training facilitation, non-profit management, foreign relations, relationship building, resource development, marketing, financial management, and partnership building.  She believes in equipping clients with global leadership skills that will enable them to carry out their organization’s mission or personal goals.  Ms. Laos holds a B.A. in Government and International Politics from George Mason University, and a M.A. in International Affairs from the Catholic University of America. Presently, she is a student in the Doctor of Strategic Leadership program at Regent University.  Erika resides in Northern Virginia since 1992.
